Organic Social Strategy

As the Marketing Manager for a start-up mortgage broker, I implemented an organic social media strategy to create engaging content that resonated with the audience. My primary focus was to build a strong online presence for the mortgage broker's Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles. The goal was to share engaging posts highlighting the company's values, culture, and expertise in the mortgage industry. To kickstart this strategy, I conducted an educational seminar for all loan officers and leaders within the organization to gain buy-in and support, ensuring the strategy's success. By concentrating on these key responsibilities, I successfully established a strong online presence for the start-up mortgage broker, significantly enhancing brand awareness and engagement across multiple social media platforms. Notably, the mortgage broker's Instagram saw a 217% increase in engagement and more than doubled its followers since inception.
